Flowers by Heidi is a locally-owned family business providing upscale floral design services for events on the Big Island of Hawaii. As the exclusive florist to the Four Seasons Hualalai resort since 1997, Flowers by Heidi designs and produces elegant and exotic floral arrangements in a clean, contemporary style evocative of a modern Hawaiian aesthetic. We also specialize in blending tropical florals and motifs into traditional arrangments.

Our services are available for weddings, receptions, group functions, corporate events, and romantic evenings for two. We cater to events at the Four Season Hualalai, but we are available for functions throughout the island.

Flowers by Heidi is owned by Heidi Yamamoto and her husband Douglas. Heidi specializes in custom designed floral decor and centerpieces, while designer Valerie Yamagata focuses on bouquets and wedding flowers. Most of our pieces use flowers and plants grown locally in the islands, many by small farmers and local residents who don't grow flowers commercially but open the bounty of their gardens to our clients.

We have a constant supply of tropicals, including exotic orchids, dramatic gingers, and gorgeous roses grown in Weimea — just up the mountain from our location on the Kona coast.
